Chocolate Chip Cookies

I don’t know where I got this recipe from.

1 cup butter or
margarine
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
  • Place in food processor and cream until very light, about 2 minutes.
2 eggs
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp water
  • Add ggs, vanilla and water
  • Remove from food processor and place in a bowl.
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
  • Combine and mix well
  • Add to batter but do not overmix
1½-2 cups chocolate chips
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Cover batter and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Drop small mounds of batter — about 1 tsp — onto baking sheet about one inch apart
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until just a bit golden and still chewy.
  • Cool on racks.
