What Do You Focus On – The Positive or the Negative?

Late last month I had cold and didn't feel so well. One night around 3 or 4 in the morning I woke up with the song "Always look at the bright side of life" going through my mind.



I view it as a strong reminder to pay attention to where my focus goes. The Law of Attraction says that what you focus upon you draw to yourself. From my experience with Reboot Tapping (emotional acupressure) I have discovered that more than our thoughts it is our feelings that are the magnets that attract things into our lives.

Change the way you feel and you will change your life. It does not mean that you are happy all the time, but that when something unpleasant happens, you just acknowledge it and let it go and move and find the good in things, like the song says: "always look on the light side of life".

Can we change our feelings?

Yes, we can quite easily. I use a simple technique that taps on the Chinese acupuncture points and so creates a disruption in the body's energy system and triggers the brain to reboot. After a reboot the troubling feelings or memories have changed and are no longer there. It is really this simple and gives amazing results. It can be used for physical, emotional problems or a combination of both as it makes the mind - body connection.
