Recipe

You can purchase chia seeds whole and ground. If you like to feel the seeds between your teeth, use whole if you not, use ground seeds. The result is the same, a jelly like mass.

I love to make pudding desserts with chia seeds. It is so simple

  • Take whatever liquid you have at hand – juice, nut milk, regular milk, eggnog
  • For 1 portion take ¾-1 cup liquid
  • 2 heaping teaspoons chia seeds (to start with, if you want a thicker pudding just add more seeds)
  • mix well and let rest for about 5 minutes
  • If you like your pudding cold, put in fridge for 30-60 minutes
  • That’s it, bon appetit

I also add 1 teaspoon chia seeds to my home made salad dressing
